A valid time range avoids ambiguous calendar entries
The generator rejects a missing or reversed start/end range. It is intended for timed events rather than a dedicated all-day-event workflow.

Generate a QR code containing a calendar event.
Create a calendar-event QR from start/end date and time plus optional title, location and description. It is useful for adding a “save this event” path to invitations, posters or handouts.
The receiving calendar app controls the import experience, so not every device presents the same screen. Time-zone-sensitive events deserve testing on more than one device or account.

A venue name plus room or entrance detail remains useful even when the calendar app does not turn the location into a map link.
A registration link, short instruction or contact detail is useful. Very long text increases QR density and can make scanning harder at small print sizes.
The entered local date/time is converted into calendar data. For international audiences, scan the result where different time zones are actually in use.
A QR should be a convenience, not the only way to know when and where the event happens.
