BlueprintLab Tools
About BlueprintLab Tools
Free browser-based tools for the small jobs that should not require an account, a setup guide, or half an afternoon.
What is BlueprintLab Tools?
BlueprintLab Tools brings together small calculation, conversion, checking, and comparison tasks that you often just want to finish and move on from. Most tools are built around one page and one job.
A tool by itself is not always enough, though. When the hard part is figuring out what went wrong, the site also includes practical guides and quick references. Start with the problem, then go as deep as you need.
What happens to files and text you enter?
Unless a tool page says otherwise, PDFs, images, CSV files, and text are processed in your browser. The content itself is not meant to be uploaded to BlueprintLab simply to perform the operation.
We do measure site usage, but the policy is to keep analytics separate from the text you enter, file contents, and generated results.
Why are there tools, guides, and references?
They serve different moments. Tool pages help you do the job now. Guides help when the problem itself is unclear. References are for answers you want to look up quickly.
We try not to turn every tool page into a long article. The goal is to put the right amount of explanation where it is useful.
How information is checked
For holidays, tax rules, file formats, and web standards that depend on outside specifications, we prefer official documentation, standards, and primary sources. Time-sensitive material may include a review date.
Tools are still aids, not the final authority for contracts, filings, printing requirements, or other high-impact decisions. Check the current rules from the organization you are dealing with when it matters.
Can I reuse the tool code?
BlueprintLab Tools first-party code, interface structure, and editorial content are not licensed for copying, redistribution, or reuse in another service unless they are explicitly identified as open source.
Third-party libraries used by the site remain governed by their own licenses, which take priority for those components.
Because browser tools must deliver JavaScript to the user device, client-side code cannot be made completely invisible. Production builds therefore use practical hardening to make direct copying and reuse more difficult while keeping the tools maintainable.
Advertising and affiliate links
The site may use advertising and affiliate links to support operation. You will not be required to click an ad to get a tool result, and affiliate links are presented as such.
The aim is to add explanation because it helps someone finish the job—not simply to make a page longer.
