vCard QR code generator

Create a vCard QR code from name, organization, phone, email, and URL fields.

Input and settings

How to use it

Create a vCard 3.0 contact QR containing a required name plus optional organization, title, phone, email and URL. It is useful on business cards, booths or profiles where manual contact entry would be inconvenient.

  1. Enter the full name and add only the contact fields you want to share.
  2. Choose QR size, quiet-zone margin and color.
  3. Check the re-scan message, test on real phones, then download PNG or SVG.

Put name, organization, phone and email behind one contact QR

A visitor can scan the code, review the contact fields offered by the phone and save them without typing every field from a printed business card.

Contact apps do not map every vCard field identically. Test the saved contact on representative iPhone/Android devices, especially organization, title and URL fields.

A name is required so the QR represents a usable contact

Other fields can be left out, but the generator does not create an unnamed vCard.

Only include information intended for public sharing

A QR on a badge, website or printed card exposes every included phone number, email address and URL to anyone who can scan it.

Keep a clear quiet zone around the code

The white margin is part of reliable scanning. Avoid placing borders, text or artwork directly against the QR edge after exporting it.

SVG is useful for print scaling

SVG can be enlarged cleanly in layout software, while PNG is convenient for web pages and general image workflows.

A browser re-scan is helpful but not the final test

Final size, print quality, camera focus and contact-app behavior still matter, so scan the finished artifact on real devices.
