Before using the result

Keep originals when editing important files and verify the downloaded result before replacing the source.

What to know before using it

For scanned PDFs and revised handouts, thumbnail-based reordering is easier to verify than typing page numbers. The visible cards represent the output order, so scan them once from start to finish before saving.

Common failure points

  • Deleted pages are absent from the output; Undo is for pre-save corrections.
  • Rotation changes orientation, not image quality.
  • Large PDFs can take time to render previews.

Practical example

A typical pass is move the cover first, remove blank pages, then rotate only landscape figures.
