Input & settings

How to use

Extract URL link annotations from a PDF with page numbers and export them as CSV.

  1. Enter or select the source data.
  2. Adjust only the options you need.
  3. Run the tool, review the result, then copy or download it.

This extracts PDF link annotations

The tool reads URLs registered as clickable link annotations and reports their page numbers. A URL-looking string that is only printed as text may not be returned.

It is not a full-text URL scanner

If a visible https:// address does not appear in the results, it may simply be page text rather than an actual link annotation. This tool is intended to inspect clickable PDF links.

Deduplication keeps the first occurrence of each URL

When the same URL appears on several pages, the deduplicate option outputs it once. Turn deduplication off when page-by-page placement matters.

Extracted does not mean safe

The tool reports what the PDF points to. It does not evaluate whether a destination is trustworthy. Check unfamiliar domains and the source of the PDF before opening suspicious links.
