How to use

Insert blank pages at specified positions in a PDF and choose the blank-page size.

  1. Enter or select the source data.
  2. Adjust only the options you need.
  3. Run the tool, review the result, then copy or download it.

Insert blank pages using page:count pairs

For example, 0:1,2:1 inserts one page before the first page and one after page 2. Page 0 means the position before the document starts.

An empty insert specification is now rejected

Previously, an empty field could save an unchanged PDF as if an insertion had succeeded. At least one page:count operation is now required.

Blank pages can match an adjacent page or use A4/Letter

Match adjacent is useful in mixed-size documents because the blank page follows the size near the insertion point. Fixed A4 or Letter pages can also be inserted.

Booklet and duplex workflows still need a page-order check

Adding blanks shifts physical page positions. Printed folios and table-of-contents numbers do not update automatically, so inspect the resulting sequence before printing.
