URL query parser

Parse URL query parameters into a readable list.

Use tool

How to use it

Paste a complete URL and turn the query string after ? into a readable key = value list. It is useful for checking UTM tags, ids, filters and other parameters in long links.

  1. Enter a complete URL including its scheme such as https://.
  2. Select Parse.
  3. Review each parameter key and value on its own line.

Turn utm_source=x&id=123 into two readable entries

https://example.com/?utm_source=x&id=123 produces entries such as utm_source = x and id = 123.

The tool does not visit or validate the destination page. It only reads the query portion of the URL string you provide. An incomplete or invalid URL cannot be parsed.

Long tracking URLs become easier to inspect

When UTM or advertising links contain many parameters, a one-per-line view makes missing, duplicated or unexpected values easier to notice.

Repeated keys are kept as separate entries

A URL such as tag=a&tag=b produces two tag lines rather than silently keeping only one value. This helps with multi-select query patterns.

Encoded values are shown in readable form

Percent-encoded characters are decoded for display, and the common plus-as-space behavior of query strings is handled when reading values.

A URL with no query reports that directly

If there are no query parameters, the result says so. Use a general URL parser when you need protocol, host, path or fragment details instead.

It does not assess the destination

The parser does not tell you whether the page exists, whether the URL is safe or which HTTP status it returns.
