Before using the result

Keep the original PDF for important documents and open the downloaded result to verify it before replacing the original.

The output contains only the pages you specify

An order such as 3,1,2,4-6 creates a new PDF in exactly that sequence. Pages you leave out are omitted, so the tool can also intentionally remove pages.

Duplicate page numbers create duplicate pages

An order such as 1,1,2-5 is allowed. That can be useful, but it also means an accidental duplicate is preserved, so review the sequence before saving.

Physical order and printed page numbers are different things

Reordering pages does not rewrite page numbers already printed in the artwork, and it does not automatically update a table of contents. Check those references after rearranging.

Know the page count before writing a long sequence

For larger files, use PDF Page Size Checker or another page overview first. Keep the original file and create the reordered PDF as a separate copy.
