CSV headers become XML element names
With name, price, each record receives <name> and <price> children. That makes header quality important: useful CSV column names produce useful XML structure.

Convert CSV rows and columns into XML in the browser.
Convert a CSV into a simple record-oriented XML document when another system expects XML. The first CSV row becomes element names, while the root and row element names are configurable.
With name, price, each record receives <name> and <price> children. That makes header quality important: useful CSV column names produce useful XML structure.
CSV headers are flexible; XML element names are not. The converter keeps Unicode letters such as Japanese characters, replaces spaces, colons, and unsupported punctuation with _, and prefixes names that begin with a digit. For example, 1st price becomes _1st_price. If two different headers collapse to the same tag name after sanitizing, the conversion stops instead of silently merging their meaning.
Characters such as & and < inside values are escaped so they cannot accidentally become markup. The stored meaning is preserved for an XML parser; only the serialized syntax changes.
The converter creates one row element per CSV record and one child element per column. It does not design namespaces, attributes, nested hierarchies, or arbitrary schema mappings.
Use it to create a sample XML payload from a product CSV or to bridge a simple export into an XML-based test flow. “Valid XML” is not automatically “valid for the partner schema,” so compare names and required fields.
