Bundle pricing calculator

Calculate bundle price and savings from item prices and target discount.

Use tool

How to use it

Enter individual prices one per line and apply one target discount rate to the combined total. It is useful for planning event bundles or multi-item offers when you want to compare the bundle price with buying each item separately.

  1. Enter one non-negative item price per line.
  2. Enter a bundle discount from 0–100%.
  3. Select Calculate and review the individual total, bundle price and discount amount.

Formula
individual total × (1 − discount rate)

Not added automatically

1,000 + 1,500 at 10% off becomes 2,250

The individual total is 2,500. A 10% bundle discount gives a bundle price of 2,250 and a discount amount of 250.

Shipping, payment fees, tax and unit cost are not included automatically. The result answers “what is this percentage off the individual total?” rather than “what price will maximize profit or sales?”

The discount applies to the whole combined total

The tool first adds the entered item prices and then applies the selected bundle discount. This makes the comparison with separate purchases easy to see.

A 0% discount is a useful baseline

With 0%, the bundle price equals the individual total. At 100%, the calculated price is zero, so choose a commercially sensible rate before publishing the offer.

Decide your own rounding rule

If the result contains decimals, round to the price increment that makes sense for your store, event or currency, such as whole units, tens or hundreds.

Profit needs cost information too

A discounted selling price does not tell you the profit. Add product cost, fixed costs or marketplace fees separately when margin matters.

Check copied price lists for mistakes

A misplaced digit or mixed currency unit changes the total immediately. Compare the entered list with the actual price sheet before using the calculated bundle price.
