Your DPI is right. Check these 4 things before you print
DPI is only one part of a print-ready file. Before you upload, check finished size, bleed, safe area, and the provider’s current template.
Four checks before upload
Make sure the file matches the actual physical size of the product you are ordering.
If artwork runs to the edge, extend it beyond the trim line by the amount the printer requires.
Keep text, logos, and other important elements inside the provider’s safe area.
Specs vary by provider and product, so finish by checking the current template for the exact item you are ordering.
When POD makes sense
Compare Printful and Gelato under the same conditions
Price changes with the product and destination. Pick one product and one shipping destination, then compare product price, shipping, and delivery time under the same conditions.
What to look at in each service
Printful is easy to compare on product range and store integrations; Gelato is useful to compare on production location, shipping, and delivery time. Use the product and destination you actually plan to sell.
