Use an INFP message as a small prompt, not a rule

If the message suggests making a short note or doing something creative, you might spend five minutes on it and move on. The point is a tiny prompt rather than a personality conclusion.

This is not a personality diagnosis, psychological test or suitability assessment, and it does not determine your type. Do not base career, health, financial or relationship decisions on the message.

You choose the type yourself

There is no questionnaire that calculates a type. The tool starts from a four-letter label you already know or simply want to use for fun.

A short daily prompt is the intended scale

The messages work best as a small nudge for the day, such as trying one task, making a note or giving yourself a little quiet time.

The same type can produce another message

Each type has several built-in messages. Drawing again can give a different one, so there is no need to keep a message that does not resonate.

It is not testing whether the type is accurate

The result does not measure traits or validate a personality framework. Treat agreement as a fun coincidence rather than evidence.

Important decisions need real information

Career, hiring, medical, financial and relationship decisions should be based on relevant facts and professional guidance where appropriate, not a playful message.
